We’re Team Vesta.
Founded in 2017, with over 2.5 million tasks closed since. We built the tool we wished our hotels had. Then the airports asked for it.

Vesta started with a gap we kept running into in hotels: the tools for daily operations were either too complex or too expensive for a mid-sized property. So we built something simpler, priced so a small business could afford it.
We began in India, and our reputation soon brought clients across the Maldives, the Middle East and beyond. As the company grew we moved into aviation, and today every private airport in India runs Vesta across terminals, airside and landside.
The suite grew from task management into checklists, guest feedback and staff deployment. It now serves hotels, airports, malls, cinemas and exhibition centres: anywhere a building has to be run well, every day.

Four things every Vesta screen has to pass.
They started as design rules. They turned out to be company rules.
Start on the floor
The person doing the round, closing the task or wiping the kiosk screen comes first. If it does not work one-handed with gloves on, it does not ship.
Plain words
A task is a task in the app, the report and the email. No codes, no jargon, no five names for one thing.
Exceptions stand out
A healthy operation is quiet. Only the escalating task, the missed round and the poor rating should glow.
Affordable at any size
A 60-room hotel and a 70-million-passenger airport both run Vesta. Scale adds locations, not complexity.
To democratize technology for facilities worldwide, making powerful digital tools accessible to businesses of every size.
To provide affordable, scalable and integrated software that streamlines facility operations and lets people do better work.
Wherever a building has to be run well.
Work with us, or work here.
We are always talking to airports, operators and engineers who like plain, well-made software.
